People with Learning Difficulties
SCAD believes that there's a great deal that can be done to support and enable people with learning or developmental disorders to lead as full and ordinary a life as possible, even though their disorder will always remain with them.
SCAD has established a school for children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, which provides a supportive, fun and proactive learning setting for them. The school ensures that all their needs are catered for and provides facilities, which are aimed to help them develop educationally, emotionally, psychologically and socially.
SCAD is also working to inform people with disabilities about their human rights. In addition to this, we are collaborating with parents, communities and schools, in order to build an inclusive environment where these individuals are cared for so that they can make a full and valuable contribution to society.
