Children

SCAD believes that all children deserve the right to a safe environment, good health, quality education, time to play and to be listened to, which is why we have worked hard with whole communities to re-address child rights.

We have promoted the importance of education and helped to make schools more attractive places for all, especially girls. We have introduced school health programmes and created children’s groups so that a child’s environment is one in which they can flourish and develop.

Working with children creates long lasting changes for the whole community. The children are optimistic about their future and so are we.
