Alternative Employment Initiatives

SCAD provides seed capital to many who do not want to, or cannot earn through the conventional employment opportunities such as widows and those with learning difficulties. This enables them to become self-employed so that they can control their own finances and free themselves from the clutches of moneylenders. Such initiatives include Tiffin Shops, Bicycle hiring and charcoal production.
